To obtain letter of offer from Bristol Academy the student/participant is required to fill in the application form.

In addition the following documents need to be submitted:

Copy of complete passport in colour

(with minimum of one year validly)

 

Copy of high school transcript and certificate

(in original language and English translation)

 

Health examination form

(completed by doctor in home country)

 

An initial payment of MYR 4,000 / USD 1,000

(for the processing of student visa)

 

* An offer letter will be sent to you upon receiving the above documents.

* Visa Applicants – Student visa is offered for those who enrol for a minimum study duration of four months.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR VISA APPLICANTS:
  • Minimum study duration to obtain a student visa is four (4) months.
  • To start the visa process, the student needs to submit all the required documents and make initial payment outlined on the offer letter.
  • The visa process takes between 4 to 6 weeks given that the documents are complete and there are no queries.
  • Upon obtaining the Visa Approval Letter the student will be notified accordingly.
  • The student is required to pay the remainder of the fees and subsequently Bristol Academy will send out the letter to the student whereby it should be submitted to the nearest Malaysian embassy / consulate to obtain the single entry visa.
